I love My Purple Garage 😍Today , much to my horror, my friend pointed out the auxiliary belt on my vehicle was worn and torn! My first thought as my heart sank was, there goes my trip to Somerset tomorrow!! My second thought was My Purple Garage!!I had previously used them for a bulb replacement and for the car MOT, and I found them to be very efficient and very friendly, and to boot I got a free doughnut which I thought was highly civilised 😊I turned up just after 2pm today, left the vehicle with them, they said they could do it in the morning, of which I was delighted, and delighted at the price for the job too!They went on to say if they finished the job they were on there was a possibility it could be done by the end of play today, being 5.30pm. So I had nothing to lose by having a coffee in town and awaiting my fate. Was I going home on a bus? or was my luck in and going home in my van!At 4pm My Purple Garage called to tell me the new part had been delivered, fitted and I was all good to go!!! ... well!!! I was so grateful, so impressed, thought it was totally amazing! They had gone all out for me, as they knew the next morning I had an appointment in Christchurch and therefore would have had to come back into Southampton to collect my vehicle then head back out to Somerset, that’s an extra 40 miles !!They saved the day, I’m going on my mini break tomorrow and My Purple Garage is now My Forever Garage. I’ll be taking my van back in a few weeks for a service. They are both professional and down to earth.Sarah and Darren ... I love you 😘 I’m truly grateful, massive thank you 😊

Having been to many garages and not been happy with the service, I have at last found MPG which I will be using again and again. I wish I had found them a lot sooner. It would have saved me a lot of time and money.Thank you for fixing my car so promptly and at a price almost half of what I had been quoted elsewhere.Everyone working there is professional and friendly. I will be heading straight to MPG in future.Thank you all

I love this garage the service is excellent and staff are friendly and will only do the work that needs doing it’s so hard to find a garage you can trust especially if your a woman. Sarah the boss could not be more helpful if she tried. If your looking for a great garage then look no further.

I would say that my purple garage is the best garage in Southampton a very professional team who always go out of their way to help with any problems quickly and efficiently. The people I rely on to do a great job when it comes to my car. What I would say is service with a smile very friendly and don’t rip you off. Well done to the team and my purple garage you should be very proud of you high standards and friendliness.

Having been let down by one garage whilst trying to get my new LHD motorhome up to RHD standards, I contacted Sarah at MPG. Should have done this in the first place. Excellent service and a group of people who are prepared to go the extra mile and seem to enjoy a challenge! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.

The premises of My Purple Garage is one which you can visit confident in the knowledge that you will be welcomed as an individual and not 'just another customer'. This applies to both the reception staff and the workshop team.Questions and concerns are answered with a full and easy to understand explanation, accurately and honestly.As a long standing customer I have no worries in giving a well deserved 5 gold star rating for both customer care and the high quality of staff, servicing and repair.
Sarah, the owner is great! She explains the faults really well and she is very honest. I feel like I can really trust My Purple Garage.

Simply refreshing to find an honest, trustworthy garage that doesnt find unnecessary parts that need replacing or more to the point charge you for them ! Totally impressed with theirservice, honesty and reliability. It is done on time - very reasonable - great service.In the last two years I have taken my car to "National" garages and been totally ill advised.I have paid a lot of money on unecessary repairs mainly due to their incompetence. One national garage put the wrong oil in the engine which caused horrific ongoing problems and cost.I have not been to independent garages as I feel they won,t neccesarily have the diagnostic equipment my car needs. Finally I have found "THE ONE" not independent, not national but genuine, honest and cost effective. I will not be going anywhere else ever!Give them a try - highly recommended!

I have been using MPG for years at the recommendation of a good friend of mine and Sarah and the guys have never let me down with MOT and work to both my own car and my wife's car. The work is always done quickly and Sarah has on more than one occasion ended up charging me less than originally quoted (if say parts are ordered but then not needed) so all in all no faults at all with MPG and i would advise anyone to use them if they don't already.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. My son has some problems with communication and they are wonderful to him. Always feel they do a great job, and my son trusts them completely.,
